i'm a hobby artist that enjoys making cute renders.
currently i am offering pixel art, sprite sheets, icons
and renders with transparent backgrounds.i will only be open to determining what you want me to draw
and the cost of the art through email.if you are interested in purchasing art from me,

By commissioning me, you declare that you have already read and accepted my Terms of Service.General Terms:I reserve the right to refuse any request for any reason.
I maintain copyright ownership of all work.
I am allowed to use the artwork produced for self promotional purposes, including but not limited to using it to advertise and placing it in my portfolio.Permission and Copyright:All artwork is for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
An exception to this is artwork such as Emotes for services such as Twitch/Discord/Youtube as long as they are being used for their intended purpose. This does not allow you to use an emote for commercial purposes outside of those services.
The commissioner is never permitted to claim credit, edit/modify, distribute, or use the art for commercial use without first discussing it with me.Payment Terms:Currency accepted is only USD and can only be paid through PayPal.
At least 50% of the commission must be paid before work is started. The remaining must be paid after approval of sketch work. In projects where sketches are not provided 100% of the commission must be paid upfront.
Commission prices are subject to change, additional fees may apply and will be provided to you in the final price.
Failure to pay the remainder of the balance in a reasonable amount of time will result in a forfeiture of the commission. You will be contacted at least 3 times before this happens.
Incase of a forfeiture or cancellation (where work was already started), I am allowed to resell the artwork.Revision Terms:You are allowed up to 3 revisions to the artwork during the sketch phase. Any revisions after the sketch has been approved may incur additional fees.
If your reference is unclear or you are requesting major changes from your reference I may charge you an additional fee.Process and Delivery terms:Commission times vary between 1 to 2 months. You will be notified before I start your commission.
Outside factors such as health conditions, unexpected life events, the complexity of the commission may delay this timeframe. I will do my best to notify you when these conditions delay your commission.
Once the artwork is finished, you will receive the full resolution image along with a web-friendly size. ALL WORK WILL BE PROVIDED DIGITALLY.Cancellation and Refund policy:If you are able to receive a refund according to this policy, do NOT issue a PayPal Chargeback. Issuing a ChargeBack will forfeit all rights you have of the commissioned artwork.A refund will only be able to be requested before I start working on the commission, you will receive a full refund.
If for any reason I am unable to to complete your commission you will receive a full refund.
